The Online Registration portal for the 2025-2026 SY is now open.

Returning Students Currently Enrolled at bat365: Please complete the OLR and Jotform form via the module in your Reading / English Classes ASAP. You do not need to come to campus if your documents are updated and the module is complete. Current bat365 families can view more detailed instructions HERE.

New Students: Please complete the OLR application online and save your application number. You will then need to come to campus on or after May 27th with the necessary documents to complete your registration. All new students to bat365 will need to come to the bat365 campus on or after May 27th to complete the registration process.

bat365 is a CCSD Public School that offers Kindergarten through 12th Grade.

(Per Nevada State Law, students must reside in Clark County Nevada to attend bat365)

Important Things To Know BEFORE Enrolling

Once enrolled at bat365, students may not withdraw to attend another CCSD School until the current semester is finished.
Students who are not successful academically at bat365 and placed on Academic Probation may not be permitted to return to bat365 the following year.
Daily attendance and participation by your student is MANDATORY.

Bell Schedule MS/HS
Elementary students attend from 8:05AM to 2:15PM

Students MUST return devices to previous school BEFORE enrolling at bat365.

bat365 provides Chromebooks to all full time Students, who are attending the 25-26 school year.
GoGuardian is a required application on their device so that bat365 teachers and staff can effectively support students.

Enrollment for students new to bat365 MUST be completed IN PERSON ONLY.
Students must reside in Clark County in order to enroll at bat365.
Students must have access to the internet at home in order to enroll at bat365.
Parents are REQUIRED to bring students to our building for state mandated testing.

State required testing is occasional and notification will be provided prior to testing dates to plan accordingly.
STATE TESTING IS MANDATORY PER CCSD POLICY.

As an online program, parents are to regularly monitor their provided email to receive updates and important notifications from bat365.
(If you change your contact information please properly notify bat365 to get your information changed in our system and to continue to receive your students notifications)

Please complete a new application for the 25-26 school year in order to register your student and add all students that you need to register with bat365.
Please write down or screenshot your application number and provide that in person to our bat365 Staff while registering your student(s).

Required Documents that must be provided at the time of registration:

For each student you are registering a PARENT/ GUARDIAN MUST PROVIDE THE REQUIRED DOCUMENTS UPON ARRIVAL. *If you have electronic copies of these forms please inform our staff and they will provide you with the email address once on campus.*

Birth Certificate

Immunization Records

If you are in need of a religious exemption, you can fill out the form when you come in to register.

Proof of Residency

Provide one of the following: Lease Agreement, Mortgage Statement, Power/Water/Gas Bill

Parent/Guardian ID that matches the bill provided
Transcripts (for non CCSD schools)
